Dona Zaira had a very special guest in this track: the master Hermeto Pascoal. Together they went to the roots of Brazilian Music history and create this very great Instrumental Forró. For those that don't know back in the days this style it was mostly instrumental and played in parties for the couples dance all night long.

Forró with touches of SAmba, Choro, Maracatu, Jazz and Moda de Viola. Dona Zaira is one of the few bands that make modern Forró without losing ther roots and not ending up in a tasteless music.

Dona Zaira recebe um convidado mais que especial para o track Mão Na Urtiga: o mago Hermeto Pascoal. Juntos eles vão para as raizes da música brasileira de onde saiu esse Forró instrumental de primeira qualidade. Para quem não sabe o Forró instrumental era tocado primeiro sem vocais e só depois com sua popularização que começaram a colocar letras.


Forró com pitadas de samba, choro, maracatu jazz e moda de viola, mas sem perder o sentimento matuto do ritmo nordestino. Dona Zaira é uma das poucas bandas que faz Forró atual sem perder as raízes e sem cair no mau gosto.
